Alex has 20 years experience as a cross-border investment advisor and board member in a range of industries.

He is a German attorney and member of the Berlin Bar Association, expert in M&A, compliance and corporate law with a proven track record in Europe, Russia, and CIS. Combining the deal skills of an attorney and market intelligence of a consultant, Alex employs a holistic understanding of companies' core needs and business strategies.

Alex is the Chairman of the Legal Committee of the German-Russian Chamber of Commerce. Earlier, he worked in renowned international law firms such as Beiten Burkhardt and Dentons. In his most recent role he has built the legal and tax advisory arm in the international consultancy firm Schneider Group.

International legal ranking “Best Lawyers” has ranked Alex in Russia in categories M&A and Healthcare law. He is fluent in Russian and English and native in German.

Evgeniya worked 9 years as a legal consultant in a renowned international multidisciplinary consulting company Schneider Group where she was leading the commercial law practice. She also has profound in-house experience which helps her deeper understanding clients` needs and specifics of their business processes.

Her primary expertise lies in Commercial and IP law, she also has a strong industry focus on Pharmaceutical, Life Science, Biotech and Healthcare law.

In 2022 - 2023 Evgeniya held the position of an elected member of International Market and Distribution Committee in the German Medicines Manufacturers' Association (Bundesverband der Arzneimittelhersteller).

She is Deputy Chair of the Pharma & Healthcare committee of the German-Russian Chamber of Commerce.

International legal ranking “Best Lawyers” has ranked Evgeniya in Russia in Commercial law. Evgeniya is fluent in English and German and native in Russian.
